By making a reservation, the user agrees to enter into a rental contract with Hotel Vila do Val and both parties agree to respect these General Conditions and the Regulations for the use of the property.
Only the guests indicated in the original reservation and at check-in are allowed to stay in the room. Any additional overnight guests must be approved.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
LEGAL REGISTRY: As an authorized tourist apartment in Galicia, we have the obligation to verify the identity documents of each client and register them in the 'traveler registry' of the Civil Guard Corps, according to article 29 of Decree 159/2012.
CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT
The guest must inform Hotel Vila do Val of the expected time of arrival at least 24 hours before the start of the stay. Hotel Vila do Val is not responsible for delays or inconveniences that may be caused by lack of information. Additional check-in fees may apply for a specific arrival, as mentioned in the reservation.
At the time of departure, guests must vacate the room with all their luggage. Hotel Vila do Val reserves the right to remove from the room any luggage that is still there after the departure time, and/or claim a penalty from the client that can be withheld from the amount of the Damage Deposit.
CLEANING
Hotel Vila do Val works with professional cleaning and laundry services that follow the sanitary protocols according to Spanish guidelines.
Upon departure, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state. In case these rules are not respected, additional cleaning costs may be required.
GUEST BEHAVIOR
Guests agree to have civic behavior and to respect the neighbors.
They also undertake to respect the material and equipment made available to them, to take care of the latter and to notify Hotel Vila do Val of any damage they observe.
In case of not respecting the general rules of coexistence, Hotel Vila do Val has the right to demand that guests vacate the room immediately.
NOISE
Guests must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb occupants of neighboring rooms - especially during night hours (9pm to 8am).
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rent paid, and additional charges that may be deducted from the damage deposit.
Guests must notify Hotel Vila do Val of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.
SECURITY
Whenever guests leave the room, it is your responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
Guests agree not to reproduce and/or give the property keys to third parties, and to take the necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the property. In case of loss of keys, guests have to notify Hotel Vila do Val as soon as possible.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Any request to modify the date of the stay must be approved by Hotel Vila do Val. If, for any reason, the client must cancel all or part of the reservation, the cancellation policy will apply.
In the event that the cancellation is within the permitted cancellation policy, the refund of the payment already made will be made through the same payment method.
If, for any reason beyond its control, including force majeure, Hotel Vila do Val is forced to modify the conditions of the reservation, it must immediately inform the guest. In case of not reaching an agreement on the conditions of the modification, the entire amount will be returned to the guest and he will not be able to make any other claim.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Hotel Vila do Val is not responsible for any damages that may be caused by the use of the equipment or in cases of theft, fire and other criminal activities. In any circumstance, Hotel Vila do Val will do everything possible to quickly find a solution to any type of incident. During the stay in the accommodation, the guest is responsible for all his personal valuables.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
The processing and use of personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:
- management of the stay and the services requested and communication with the guests
- Information to local authorities, as required by the Galician Tourism regulations.
The information is stored on a secure server for the time necessary to carry out the different treatments, in accordance with tourist regulations.
The data collected by Hotel Vila do Val, in no case, will be transferred to third companies, except to local authorities.
